The Global Hardening Cabinets have set the industry standard for hardening batch ice cream products and cakes. The hardening cabinets are available in single, double and quad door models.

  • (4) heavy duty adjustable cantilever shelves & (1) bottom shelf per door
  • 20 Gauge steel interior and exterior with white powder coat paint
  • Digital temperature controller with programmable defrost options
  • Temperature Range 0°F to -30°F and 0°F to -40°F
  • Top mount compressor
  • Auto door switch shuts off fans when door is opened eliminating frost & icing issues
  • Heated drain pan dissipates condensation; no plumbing required
  • Expansion valve controller provides quicker pull down; decreases compressor run time decreasing energy cost
